Time traveler with a squarebody. My clock is ticking backwards.

They are easy to repair. I think all you have to do is file the little contacts and a little wd40. Look for a youtube video. Did the one in my Camaro years ago. Still working.

    Rough country lift

I had ordered a 2" tuff country lift for mine. Finally had to cancel the order over a month later after several delays from them. Wound up with a 2.5" sky jacker. Good luck.

Had the same problem on my 86. Although I was blowing apart to paint so I wound up taking it off.

Do love a 2nd gen F-body. Have a 73 now and have had several others. Although for some strange reason I am wanting a 1st gen now. ;)

What have you done to your square lately??

I could use one! Installed a new radiator to replace the leaking like a sive one that it came with. Test drive went much better today. Still have the crank issue. May have to bite the bullet and get a new battery.

Th350 not spinning the speedo cable

There is also a clip on the drive gear on the tail shaft that keeps it in place. If it’s missing it can slide back an not contact the driven gear. Pull the housing from the tranny and spin as a unit. If the needle moves check the gear on the shaft.

Nice. Did that last year. Just on a smaller scale.

    custom carpet and headliner

Welcome Jack. You can get some headliner material at a fabric store and use a good spray glue to replace that. As far as the carpet goes I'd go with an ACC brand that you can get at one of the suppliers or even Amazon which is where I got mine I believe.

What have you done to your square lately??

Haven't really spent much time in that thread. Pic was not taken for the challenge though so wouldn't that disqualify it?

What have you done to your square lately??

Yep. Bolt/plug for holding the fuel pump rod in place during installation missing. Had the same issue on one of my Camaros years ago. Lots of oil (I say lots, probably not that much) on the steering linkage just below there. Only comes out while driving. Perhaps a little spirited driving. I know...

What have you done to your square lately??

Fixed an oil leak today from yesterday's test drive. See if you can figure out where.
