    Help with gauge cluster lights

Most of the time the printed circuit board is wore a bit where the bulb sockets twist onto the gauge panel. Sometimes, if you have a burnt spot in the circuit board, it'll cut off power to the bulbs beyond it. I did have a weird, rare instance once where I kept replacing the bulbs that wouldn't...

Brought home my first square body. 1980 Silverado C10. Utah

Those mirrors first appeared in 1980, so it could be an '80. Snap a pic of the grille, that will tell all!

Big block running hot. Can’t figure out the issue

Lower rad hose collapsing?? New T-stat's are common failures. Told my buddy to change his "new" stat because his '89 Blazer wasn't getting hot. He didn't believe it was bad because it was so new, it was stuck wfo!. I know you're having the opposite issue, but they all probably come from China!

What have you done to your square lately??

While pulling the brake release lever, pull up on the backside of the pedal with your foot, this should make it go back to full release position & make your light go off.

Can I use this hole for filling oil?

What have you done to your square lately??

I also did my own, just requires patience & concentration! After I aseembled it & put the seal & cap on, i found a bearing on the floor! Sure enough, it was short one when I disssambled it and counted them. It;s also a bit tough distinguishing between the black & shiney bearings!

    Front end noise

You could put it on a frame lift, have someone start it and run it in 4wd while you watch the front shaft & see what it's doing.
