    I mean, I’d LS swap my 77 in a heartbeat without a second thought save for $, time and effort. In reality, I likely won’t for a few reasons but none of which are because I don’t appreciate the virtues of 21st century technology that is relatively easily achievable.

    True story. But either way u joints ar least, it’s always a crap shoot imo if all 4 cups will continue to take grease in the future so I’ve gone exact opposite and have basically only used sealed. Make sure there’s enough grease in them, maybe add a smidge and toss em in.

    Theoretically I think it would work with no return line. Absolutely won’t work if running a return line. Although idk about once tanks get lower on fuel and could see one sucking air and breaking the suction for fuel flow if one tank pulls easier than the other.

    I wouldn’t expect anything after 3 years either. Not that it changes the fit. Seems odd that it’s small, at least to me. Last one I did in a pickup the carpet was a fair bit too wide and sort of loose fitting over the trans and fuel tank humps. I got the cheap stuff with no mass backing though...
