    problem with gasoline leaks is they dissipate fast and make a big stink. maybe a rubber line that is torn/ too old, or a metal line that is corroded. in my experience rubber lines leak at specific temps,... so maybe very cold, or as the truck warms in ambient temp, or from the engine/...

    reminds that it seems to be missing its bottom half,....or it spent its life on a work bench. if not automotive tools.... you could put things to fix homes with: wood working/ plumbing/ electrical tools in it. (so you don't have to go digging for such things in other tool boxes.)
