I agree with @Tonimus on the grinder/wire wheel/welder cure. The cab corner replacement stuff probably won't work and I wouldn't purchase all those panels when I could make some from a donor panel or even sheets from the hardware store. Messing with Square stuff. My health is improving & I have some time off so I've organized & prioritized some in one corner of the garage anyways. Unfortunately there are 3 more corners & the middle left to do. -

1980 K20 Square to Round Headlights
Radiator support, buckets, bezels, lights... I had an '80 Sierra that was round & was wishing it were a High Sierra or Grande with the rectangle lamps. I always liked that one year only upgrade. HS- Strick

1977 factory installed roof antenna,
I just welded a hole similar in my 87 V10. Sparks flying through the dome light LOL! Thankfully there's no headliner in it. It has the windshield antenna but I've used a 91 Sub clip & it's fender mounted.- Strick

There are fender & windshield antenna but I've never seen a cab mounted example. I've seen several aftermarket CB antenna holes though.- Strick

DANA 70 vs 14 Bolt Drum brakes and U Joint sizes.
I believe that the brakes are 13 x 3.5 & 1350 series joint for each rear. It may not be a terrible swap. HS- Strick

Glow plugs half work
Spray some WD-40 down that Detroit's throat...plenty of it. Give it a chaser of carb or brake cleaner as the GP's do their thing. It should fire up after a couple of these cycles. It's kinda like "one bourbon, one scotch & one beer" by George & the Destroyers!- Strick
