Years back we just used "Krazy Glue". Haven't had the need to do a mirror for years and years. -

That DMV book value thing is ridiculous and borders on lunacy. Here it gets so old it's basically one cost. My '85 GMC and '04 Jeep GC cost me $30 to register, me happy with that. -

Do the stock speakers and the mounts exist in your dash corners or is there just a one in the center of the dash? Not familiar with your year, was the original radio AM or AM/FM? 350 Engine extreme backfiring please advice
As @Ricko1966 said ignition should be checked, using the finger on the spark plug can work for finding TDC but the process can easily have the piston on the downstroke. I use a compression tester to find TDC. Easier when you’re by yourself.- Sad Sack

I argue with my friends on my use of premium fuel I guess I’m just quirky but things have been good for me on trying to avoid fuel system issues but I will run a non ethanol if necessary.- Sad Sack

E85 conversions considering gas prices
Ethanol just plain sucks. I don’t use it unless that is the only option if I pull in a service station. Not worth the headache, loss of mileage. Been a non ethanol person for about 35 years with no regrets and very little fuel related problems in all my cars I’ve owned. Spent a ton on premium...- Sad Sack

The headers for your vehicle should be manufactured for your stock starter. Unless…things have “changed”. Only thing you may need to consider is a heat shield.- Sad Sack
