    1984 c10 Door Alignment

Don't see how you can without removing the fender, from what I'm seeing, remove fender, get door aligned better and reinstall fender, gaps are tricky to say the least. I'm sure others will chime in soon.

Where to find plastic Tailgate cap?

Can always roll the dice: https://www.speedwaymotors.com/LUND-30000-GateKeeper-Tailgate-Cap-Protector,314904.html Or clean / mask / scuff / use a can of spray on bed liner on cap area. Stuff works really well.

Choke fuse question, 30amp or 20?

Electrical gremlins are not nice. Never go over a rated amperage.

Choke fuse question, 30amp or 20?

You'll also notice you have a 30A installed for the T/L CTSY and should be a 20A, you also have incorrect fuse in the Stop HZ location, should be a 15A.

Choke fuse question, 30amp or 20?

Think it was a "space issue" for the labeling, move the 20A down and replace the 20A you took out with a 30A. Others will chime in hopefully.

Choke fuse question, 30amp or 20?

MAYBE: Believe the 30A is for the PWR WDO (which has a 20A installed) and stick with 20A for the choke.

How challenging is replacing brake master cylinder?

FWIIW: On the bleeding part, run your bleeder hose with a good seal on the zerk, up a good 6" (think upside down U) or more then back down into a catch jar. Less chance of air getting sucked back in.

    Bedside repair- wheel well

without actually seeing the damage the prior posts that suggest a stud puller are worth considering. I have one and it's priceless, just watch your pulling effort. Not enough reason to cut / weld. Get the area to bare metal, work the dent, add skim coat, shape / sand / primer / sand / glaze/...

What have you done to your square lately??

It's just too darn cold to do anything to the old girl, so maybe I'll just dust her off this weekend.

I know the feeling, mine was in the body shop for 7 months, but the wait was worth it.

    79 C10 Inline 6 Replacement

Keep the 6 popper! Ditch the integral head and get a refurbished older one, throw an Offenhauser intake and a header on it and have fun. Lots of sitting room for working in them engine compartments with 6 poppers installed.
