The ONLY things you have kept for the "long haul" are the wife, kids, the 77 and the dually. Everything else has changed a MINIMUM of 4 times :shrug: just sayin- animal

Suspension rebuild
Hard to say, dimn of the tubular control arms is likely different than the stock control arms. I would put them in and at least eyeball the camber with the truck sitting on the ground. You will at the very least want an alignment done before driving very much.- animal
