    How is the rust situation where you're at? I'm a fan of epoxy paints for most chassis applications, its affordable, has good adhesion and is fairly chemical resistant. Another option for the air catalyzed "Rust inhibitor" paints is Rust Bullet.

    Its your money... 14 bolt for the front just to go camping on 35" tires is overkill. There are a ton of 6500 pound jeeps rock crawling on 37's with only D44's. Theres also a ton of the later model jeeps on 38's 39's and 40's that survive on pavement just fine, AKA Mall Crawlers

    GMT400 Vortec exhaust manifolds fit just fine, I threaded a pipe plug in the EGR port and ground it smooth before painting them. ETA: There are a ton of these manifolds available for cheap that are still in great condition

    Cool thing about rally wheels… If you paint them any color other than argent silver and decide you don’t like it, just repaint them again. I went with a metallic blue as a teenager way back in the 1900’s to add a splash of color to my truck. Did them the exact same color this time.
