    Thanks did not realize i had gotten any responses. I'm probably gonna start with grab stuff from wrench a part. Then later replace things or get new ones I like to customize it.

    so it was the parking light/ running light socket. the ground inside socket is bad gonna replace socket.

    So update the brake lights work. When i went to replace bulbs old bulbs did not have any markings and oreillys guy grabbed 1154 instead of 1157 and the filament for the brake light vould not take the volts or amps that was needed and kept blowing.

    So when the head lights are on the parking light is not. When headlights are off the blinker part of the parking light works. The side marker light does not work at all gonna replace socket on that. And change bulbs again.

    I checked the fuze. I was looking under the dash and saw another 2 prong plug not plugged into anything. The stop light switch that i pulled out of the truck had only a 2 prong male plug in back. But at oreillys i noticed they had some that had 2 plugs on them. And i didnt see anywhere that the...

    There was a thread where a guy had a c20 that had ld coils and changed to c30 hd coils and got a 2 inch lift.

    At first the left running light and blinker in the side panel did not work I replaced bulb and that did not fix it. Now the left rear blinker and the same side panel does not work just the front parking lamp/turn signal. But when I turn the parking lights on and headlights none of them work at all.

    I replaced the left brake light socket because the light blew and the old socket was a little melted and when I replaced the bulbs they blew immediately. Now the tail lights work but not the brake lights. Changed the brake light switch but still no brake lights.

    I have a 1987 R10 with oil, battery and temperature light but I want to change it to actual gauges how hard would that be. If anyone has done it tips and comment much appreciated

    Can I just add say 3/4 ton coil springs to front to lift the front or would I have to change anything else. I just want it to sit a little taller. then I might do something to level the rear with the front if have to.

    Can I do the same thing to my 87 R10 LWB ( just get bigger coil springs from say a 3/4 ton) if I did that would I have to change anything else.
