    Frame swap

    The frame horns on the front are a bit different & there are more holes cast into the rear of the frame as well. Seems like some of the forward bed mounts are different too. It will work without much modification though. HS

    Don't talk about the swap a bunch either. DOT/DMV will want to inspect it & will definitely be hateful about tampering with the VIN. Felony charges could result... Find a good 81-87 2wd donor & close the garage doors until complete would be my advice. HS

    Find a solid CUCV. Lift it 4 inches & add 36's. Towing & wheeling are very doable with these rigs with a similar setup. And CUCV's are just plain cool to boot! HS
