Trans is 4l80e not 100% on tire size yet I just know I'm putting 22s on it, gonna do a 5/7 drop for how but plan to bag it- Z7master167

84 c10 12 bolt
My truck has 3.08 gears, swapping in a 6.0. It doesn't have positrac so I will be installing one, question is should I keep the 3.08 or go with 3 73? What the benefit from one to the other- Z7master167

So I spoke with lsx specialties.. there are 2 of them one is out of Oregon and the other out of California.. I spoke with the California one and have yet to get ahold of the oregon one. Do you know which one I need to get ahold of.. And sorry for all the stupid questions but I'm totally new at this- Z7master167

DD website says their mounts clear all ls truck oil pans? And with motor all the way forward. 2.5 inches it will clear low mount ac compressor. Thanks for the info rpcraft.. I done research on motor mounts and it seemed like everyone was using or wanting the dingo mounts.. I'm not opposed to changing mounts but if I leave stock trans crossmember I will have to route exhaust under it? Correct? My plan is to put the truck on air ride and...- Z7master167

4l80e swap question
I have an 84 c10 swb 2wd project. I'm planning on a 6.0 lq4 swap. Now I do have a 05 yukon denali with the 6.0 in it. It is a drive by wire throttle body.
