All gauges in instrument cluster with the exception of speedometer and fuel are inoperative. Has anyone run across a common problem for this?

High fuel pressure

Hi, hoping someone can help have 1985 chev c30 with 7.4l. Runs fine all day at idle or stationary at high rpm. As soon as I take it out on the road it will start to starve for fuel and almost die unless I feather the accelerator. When going to remove the fuel line I noticed there was high...
