    It was just recently aligned and everything looked good when I changed callipers, no play in steering wheel and and just recently aligned. I also have mud tires but put on a street tire and the sound didn’t change

    to rule that out we put it in 4 wheel drive but sound didn’t change and in 2 we ziptied both axle shafts at the u joint to make sure they weren’t spinning while going down the road and the sound was still there.     We have rotated tires but sound has not changed and we did replace bearing when the sound was on the passenger side but the sound did not leave passenger side for like a week or two. Bearing procedure is pack bearing put them on tighten first nut to something really light then put on the washer...
