Please help identify this cut hose

Thanks for the reply, I wasnt real sure if it did go to the missing air conditioning compressor or not because I dont seem to have any heat or any type of defrost/fan action,,,I checked the fuse under the dash and it seems to be all good so I was thinking that cut hose might have something to do...
