74 starter wiring help
Big fat Chevy noob here. I pulled my engine about a year ago to put a big block in and forgot where these wires go. I had labels but they were so covered in grease I couldn't read them. What have you done to your square lately??
It's nothing special from what I've figured out so far. It's a truck motor, 2 bolt main, peanut port heads. It has been enlarged to a 468 and has a slightly bigger cam from what I've been told. It came from a friend's dad's truck so I know it is a pretty solid runner with less than 5000 miles... -

I'm not sure what year the wheels are from....2010 Camaro SS I think. The price was right and they are Chevy. I did have to run adapters. (1.25 front, 1.50 rear) I haven't done a notch yet and probably will as I only about 1.5" of clearance between the rear axle and frame...- kaferboy1

Removal of helper leaf in rear
I'm glad this subject came up. I am in the middle of lowering the rear. I am doing a flip kit and short shocks, bump stops removed. I'll have to see if it is sitting low enough after I do all that.
