    yes, off the coil. thanks. I unplugged the temp sensor and it wouldn't start, going to pick one up tomorrow. thanks guys for all the help.

    I've got a single white wire coming off the distributor thats not plugged in and cant find the otber end.

    my 350 tbi is extreamly cold natured. This thing runs great once its had time to warm up to about 150°. I think I may have a temp wire for the timing unpluged but I'm not sure where to look. Any ideas if it could be anything else? Its just had a tune up.

    I just bought my 89 burban and also have an 86 1-ton c&c. I have been looking all over for a place to buy a ranch hand style grill guard. I want something to mount some lights on and is heavy built.
