    If you have a rural king i run the Harvest king / Providence 10w30 CK4 diesel oil. Don't have any problems from using it.

    major tune up and a carb rebuild is when i would start and keep your foot out of it. Keep it at 50-55. I rebuilt my carb and did a major tune up and i am getting a little over 16 at the moment but i got a light foot.

    Factory exhaust on the duramax is 3 inch. OEM replacement mufflers are available at any parts house.

    I would jump on it and dump the carb. The holley sniper kit is built right here in Bowling green KY.

    filled the gas tank and changed the oil with the oil i found at the clearance rack at autozone. Valvoline VR1 10W30.

    None of my stuff has them so it wouldn't do the thief any good. Part of the reason no inspection or emissions in my state.

    I keep mine in a 5 gallon pail. I don't flush since my stuff is clean i use Rotella ELC Nitrile free and distilled water. it stays clean and doesn't turn to rusty sludge like conventional green.
