Ok, so I just recently put a 7.4L in my truck and withing the same day cooked the 700r4 I was running behind it (knew it was going to happen). Hello everyone. The time has come for me to upgrade from a small block 350 to a BIG block 454. This is my first big block and swap and I think I'm kinda jumping into the deep end with this. Fuel pump is an inline pump made for carbureted Engine. I have it mounted down on the frame underneath just before the tank selector cluster, sits about level with the bottom of the fuel tank.- fast_n_low86

I've gone over all of those. I'm wondering if I should remove the return line from the regulator and deadhead it so it keeps the fuel up by the motor instead of sending it back to the tank- fast_n_low86

Well after all the heartache and ******** for 2 weeks. I finally realized that my fuel pressure regulator wasn't working right and I solved the issue. It was not hooked up to the correct vacuum line. So when I finally would hit highway speed my vacuum would drop right off and thus closing the...- fast_n_low86
