Heater not working but blower motor working just fine.
Have you removed the fan and checked that a critter hasn't got in and made a nest in the heater chamber? -

Diagnose 1st Replace parts second
One of the first things I installed in my square was a vacuum gauge to tell me if a leak was occurring. Took out a lot of guessing.- DrvnDrvr

Edelbrock Adapter questions
Not sure about the adapter but get a bypass fuel regulator to keep from flooding the engine and a phenolic gasket to keep the carb cooler and eliminating vapor lock. Worked wonders for me.- DrvnDrvr

What have you done to your square lately??
When I put on the fuel regulator it leaned out the engine causing it to run hotter and boil the fuel out the filter. One thing leads to another. The phenolic gasket fixed the fuel boiling problem but the damage was already done. Cheap fix. -

Before After Installed Holley Bypass fuel pressure regulator Replaced rocker arm cover breather with PCV valve vented to air breather Replaced old exhaust manifold that kept blowing gaskets with new one that sealed up exhaust Replaced manual choke with electronic Installed phenolic... -

New door seals, new problems.
Had similar problem with seal fit, 1/2" pex striker fix solved problem.- DrvnDrvr

A couple of "OH ****" bars in the interior would definitely make egress easier on the steering column. One above the door , one along the door and one on the A pillar.- DrvnDrvr

how to hook up manual choke 1405
Your missing the choke houseing. It's the metal part that attaches to the carb on the front corner. the manual is the black plastic part that attaches to the cable. An auto choke will have 2 wires attached to it. There is also a piece of linkage missing that attaches to the butterfly control...- DrvnDrvr
