CA Smog exemption
Sorry for the typo, I meant SB712 not SB12. You can read the full bill text here: https://trackbill.com/bill/california-senate-bill-712-smog-check-exemption/2671682/ Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I can tell Section 1(a)(3) keeps the exemption for vehicles manufactured before 1976.- crab74
