    I trimmed and shaped my front flaps a little better two days ago. I needed a tad more clearance for the new (to me) rubber. They were almost full rectangles, also created a large cavity for stuff to collect. Thankfully I am fastidious enough to keep it clean.

    You do not have a Dana 60, I can see that much in your picture. It is either a GM Corporate design 10-bolt, or a Dana 44. A picture of the front housing/cover would help.

    Use the first picture in this thread as a reference. Two VERY distinct housings on these axles. BOTH are 3/4ton and 8 lug, you have to look beyond that. Numbers on the right side of that pic you posted aren't important (ultimately) they are probably referring to the ones stamped in the tube...

    Largest tires on stock suspension

    I don't have pics yet, but I test fit LT255/85R-16 tires on stock steelies on my K20 with old settled suspension. Turned lock to lock and it is close in the rear of the front fender but they will be fine. Those are like a 33.25" tall tire.

    Welcome from Ellensburg. I HIGHLY recommend the GM Service/Diagnostic manuals for Fuel/Emissions systems. They are super useful for the TBI engines. You can find them on eBay, look for the R/V-Series ones.
