So 3 of the 4 power windows work but they move incredibly slow. I pulled the drivers regulator and cleaned it up which seemed to help but not for long.
What is the best way to diagnose without just replacing **** until they work right ..... which seems to be my normal method.
Do the power windows have a relay in the circut that may cause them to not always respond to the switch?

As always thanks for any advice.

I am going through the same problem. i Replaced both motors and they are still painfully slow. I am thinking its gonna be something ground related. I havent traced the wires into the cab yet but once it warms up I will. Also my change with the speed of the truck... if i am moving they are quick if I am sitting still they are slow....

Dried out window seals could be slowing them down, spray them up with silicone spray, I do mine every fall.

Yeah I am starting to suspect the switches as well.... they also have a grounding wire that could be the culprit. Still not yet driving the truck while I get this little crap fixed and until this week I have been in no rush. Now I need it on the road and still have too much to figure out........

I'd like to replace mine also, and the door lock switches. Good point.
