Need to replace my tires soon and hoping to get some suggestions from you guys. Planning to buy at http://4wheelonline.com but I'm not sure which one to get. I want aggressive looking tires without the hefty price tag. My rig will see no snow but the trails will have some mud, rocks and dirt. I also prefer AT tires for a quiet and smooth ride on the highway. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

When I was looking at new tires, here is what I was considering, with parameters close to yours...

General Grabber A/T2
Hankook DynaPro ATM
Falken Rocky Mountain ATS II
Mastercraft C/T

Now, I did not buy any of these as I found a great deal on a used set of Dick Cepek's that I really like.

I'm a BFG guy, so I like the Rugged Terrains I'm putting on all 6. They tend to be expensive but I was able to find them for $156 each a couple weeks ago. Here is what they look like on the front of my C30:

I have got Goodyear duratracs on my k20. They work great, on and off road. For four 305 70 16 it was 1300

How's the road performance of the Rugged Terrains, da_raabi? I saw different review regarding this tire. Some guys like them and others don't. It's kind a hit or miss.

Regarding Duratracs, they are little expensive but might consider since I've heard good things about them.

Thanks for the inputs guys.

I had BFG A/T's on my 05 Sierra that were awesome tires. If I would have kept DD'ing it I was considering the DuraTrac's. I went budget tires on my 79 because I don't drive it all the time and I didn't want $1300 tires just sitting there.
