In the spirit of not making myself look dumb by guessing, if I were you, I'd try to borrow a coolant pressure tester from Autozone, fill the radiator with water, pump it up to sixteen pounds and go to looking for the leak. If it's hard to see, I'd add ultraviolet dye and try to find it with a UV light. Ahh, what the hell. I'll venture a guess. Might be where the pump mounts to the block on the driver side. Did you use both the seals that came in the box and a coat of RTV?

Or do you have an engine block heater on that? I've had them leak then ultimately blow right out of the block and I lost all my coolant. I was 15 at the time...

Do you have a power cord sticking out of the front of your Blazer anywhere? If so then follow it back and it will lead you to the block heater. It would be behind the power steering pump.
