I have 2 front 96 Warrior Wheels. Both have tires that are about 75% tread. However, 1 tire has a gash in the side of it. Maybe a patch, then a tube will save it. The wheels have just a bit of curb rash from the first set of tires when the kids were riding it on the street. Not bent at all, still 100% functional and a great deal if you're looking for a set of spare rims to mount some sand paddles on, or even use for mud/dirt tires if you've damaged one of yours. Also, if you wanted to run 4 skinny wheels instead of 2 wide in the back. Pics are of the exact wheels you're buying. The close up pic is of the worst one. The other one is much better even.
