Upholstery templates

Do any templates exist for the upholstery on the bench seats? I would like to make my own upholstery out of ballistic nylon and a guide to cut out the pieces would help tremendously.

Go to the junkyard and buy a whole bench in poor condition. They should not ask more than $50. Bring it home and surgically strip the cloth from the pads/frame. Cut the stitching between the individual panels and separate them.

You should end up with 10 flat pieces (6 from the back and 4 from the seat) - see below. The shapes of these individual OEM pieces can then be accurately transferred (by tracing) to your new material.
