Hi guys! My 90 GMC V1500 suburban is my first square body. Bought it for $500 with a knocking motor. #2 Rod decided it didnt like its place of residence anymore and decided to leave the oil pan in search of a new home lol its all stock for the moment, but i want to add 33's and a roof rack

Engine Consideration

Here is 1 engine option i have on hand.

The block is a 72 truck 350 bored .30 over
the heads are 1970 double humps with 2.02 valves and stiffer springs to match the bigger cam. unsure of specs... intake used regardless is am eddie performer rpm

engine option #2 is another 90 model truck engine from a 3/4 ton

Awesome another Burb, welcome aboard. Not sure how that trans will hold up to a stronger motor but more power to ya. So you are eliminating the TBI then?

He could run an adapter plate that goes from TBI to Square bore or spread bore.
