This is my 4th pair of these that I have made and they are by far the best cables I have owned. It's aircraft cable I acquired from the Boeing shop in Nevada MO. Super heavy duty, but no matter how cold it gets it won't get stiff. I just used a crappy pair of clamps on these for now until I get around to ordering some heavy duty ones. I made these super long for when your parked at Walmart or something with no room to get a car beside you, you can pull up behind and they will reach.

I do the same thing. I buy the clamps from waytek... I use #2 super fine stranded copper and press the ends myself and shrink them. I'm a journeyman power lineman its the stuff we use to groundbuss up 12kv switchgear
