Replacement parts

Hello,
Where is the best place to buy replacement parts? I've heard bad things about LMC . I'm in need of a door and a fender and I also need some interior parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated .. Thanks

Yeah, the imported repro panels that all the parts places have, all seem to have some minor fitment issues. The best panels to use would be clean original ones. Craigslist and Google are about to become your best friends in this endeavor. Half the fun of restoring an old vehicle, is the search for that elusive part.

Agree w/ CSFJ, the import stuff is a last resort. Just smashed my bumper, went to a local retailer, Certifit, they have stores in most major cities. Got a new, chromed bumper for $120, made in Taiwan. Only thing is the Certifit metal is .075" thick versus the GM orig of .100". Suspect the Taiwanese bumper is also softer and more malleable, meaning ~ 70% protection of the orig.

Will be looking for a used OE bumper from now on....

Local pull a parts, I've seen too many good doors and fenders in the one in Indy, If I had the room id stock up lol
