I ordered a rebuilt carb last week and it showed up today. Not to bad I guess but couldn't beat the warranty and price. Here is a few pics.

Nice!

Do you have emissions testing there?
Where did you get it from?

No emissions testing in AR.
I got the carb from a place on the interent called http://www.guaranteedcarburetors.com/index.html

It was 250.00 shipped with base gasket and lifetime warranty.

No core deposit and they send a return label to send the old one back. If don't return in 14 days they bill you $100.00 i think

Its a quadrajet M4MED. Stock carb for my 1985 K10. Just ordered a rebuilt one. Got it installed and what a difference. Wouldn't think anything was wrong with my old one until installed that one. Runs lots better.

Do they give you the option to rebuild yours and send it back instead of swapping?

Hey Luke, that looks like the same carb that came off of my 85. I noticed all your emissions are still in tact, I might need your help getting my emissions back together down the road. Stuff like that power valve thing with the two wires going into it on top of the carb, I dont know where my plug went that plugs into that, most need pictures of stuff.

Ill help as much as I can. The rest of that emission stuff will be taken off soon also. I just been researching to see what everything does so don't mess it up to bad. I have plenty of pictures though that could probably help you out.
