I figured this would help those who need to replace their turn signal stalk. I seen some posts about having to tear your steering column apart to replace it, this isn’t the case.
Simply take off the plastic cover that’s secured underneath the column, it should be four screws.
Unbolt the metal cover directly below, it’s 3 bolts. This will help expose the clip so you can undo the connector. If you are having a hard time locating the clip, gently wiggle the wires around to find the plastic clip.
Pop off the connection and now it’s fishing time. Strip back some wire and thread it through the hole on the metal clip and secure it by twisting the wires together. Slide out the stalk from the column and you can fish it through the with some finagiling.You can use this same wire to fish the new turn signal wires back down to the connector.
