Ok.....I'm retarded. I have a 97 5.7 (serpentine and all) thats going into my K20. I need to find a PS pump - thought it would be straight forward but now I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing here. Can anyone esplain what these notations mean? Anyone else who has done this.....a PN would be awesome. My guess was 15909826 but now I'm not sure. THANKS FELLAS.

IIRC, there were some of the SUVs that had a goofy valve on the pump that changed the output pressure based on steering angle and brake pedal angle... or something along those lines. I just remember goofy steering issues with a few of them.

A good strong pump would be for a truck with Hydroboost brakes.

I think the power steering pump I need is 15909834. Hope there's no compatibility issues with the rest of the 85 components. What do guys swapping LS's in use?

Going to need to find a new brake booster as well but nothing aftermarket or reman excites me. I've never had either one last 2 yrs before leaking - most in 6 months.
