Pcv or not to pcv?

Really struggling with that motor brother, damn what luck
Yeah its sure got me down. With what my brother spent on it at the **** ass shop he took it to coupled with what ive spent on it trying to get it right + time, its costing way more than the motor will ever be worth, even if it ran right. Im still holding out hope that its no more than a head gasket/intake gasket but I cant see one blowing out without some deeper issue like a bad ring having caused it.
My brother never had the knowledge to really diagnose how bad of a screw over he got from the shop that built it. I didnt know how bad it was until I rebuilt the top end. There were multiple red flags on the top end that should have caused me to removed the heads and check the rotating assembly. I didn't. Im paying for it now.
The **** thing is the truck pulls hard, sounds damn good, and otherwise seems to be a healthy motor. No oil/water mixing(yet), no hydrocarbons in the coolant(yet), No bogging or backfiring or misses. Hits a lick and stays right at 190deg. WTF

I know old post, my BBC has a breather on driver's side, and a breather, maybe PVC? on passenger with vacuum to TBI.
