Original paint help

I have a 1986 chevy c10 with factory 2 tone grey and red paint and i want to know how many other trucks came with this paint combo. Anybody know where i can find this info?

Chevy probably didn't keep track of two-tone records, just the records of the base color. It was a very common color combo though.
