sup guys. My name is harjeet (yes im asian indian) and i just picked up a 1977 c10 short cab, short bed today. I have always been a big fan of old school muscle and trucks but i never had a privilege to owning a pre-80's vehicle. I have no knowledge of this truck, but what i know its a 77 c10 cheyenne, with power windows and door locks, gm performance rebuilt 350, column shifter, banana yellow/cream 2 tone factory paint. The truck is in ok shape, but the previous owner used it as a work truck so it does need tlc. My plans for this truck is to make a decent cruiser. and eventually drop in a ls5.3/4l60e. Ill get pix of the car soon when i get it back from my friends house who is fixing a busted radiator

Howdy! It sounds like a nice truck, and '77 was the first year for the power options.

Welcome. Buying an old work truck is a good move. That means there won't be tons of tacky "customizing" to undo!

thanks. I was actually looking for a mid 90's truck, but since the owner sister wanted to junk the truck, she gave me the truck for free. All it needs is a new carb and some catalytic converters, it should pass smog no problem.
