Hello everyone. My name is Pete and a few months ago I purchased my first C10. It's an 82 Custom Deluxe. 250 4.1L 6 Cylinder. 3 speed on the column. 2wd. Bought it for $850.
New parts that came on the car when I bought it:
Tires. 30" worth 600 just the tires...
Universal Joints.
Some brake lines.
Front Shocks
Clutch.
Front rotors and pads.
E brake cables.
So basically the value of new parts is more than the price I paid for the whole truck.
Things I have done to it since I bought it:
Rear shoes and drums
Exhaust pipe from the existing Cherry Bomb and out the side behind the tire on the drivers side
Volt Gauge
Temp Gauge
Heater Controls
LED cluster bulbs (highly recommended)
Speedo Cable
Roll Pan
Spray Bombed Flat Red and Flat White
Panted grille black
Heater Hoses
Thermostat
Plugs
Fuel Filter
Dog Dish Hubcaps
Things yet to do:
Heater Core
Cd player install
Upgrade dash and door speakers
Single 10" JL Audio 10W3v2
Smaller tires
3/4" drop
Some kind of Small Block and Auto Tranny with new automatic column shift column
Various patch panels
Doors
Dash pad
Floor Mat etc........
Anyways! Pics go from when I first got it to it's current state.
Worst rust on the truck....

Should I leave the top white to match the wheels or should I pant it red?? I can't decide!!
