I wanted to drop a thread here as I just got a 1984 Chevy Scottsdale Pickup. She has a lot of problems, but I wanted a project. It definitely had more problems than I was told about from the previous owner, but not much I can do about it now.
It has a "rebuilt 350" and a 700R4 that is probably going to be replaced. Expect some threads popping questions about that in the future.
This is my first square body pickup, so I wanted to say howdy! Looking forward to using this forums great collection of info to get my project on track.
