Personally, I don't see the point. It's not a black Trans Am, so there goes the Knight Rider tie in, and forward facing red lights are against DOT code, so you're looking for trouble from Johnny Law... I can think of a lot better things to spend $300+ on a truck.

It's like the Dixie horn I put on my Caddy when I was 17. It wasn't a charger, but I loved that horn so I bought one (still have it on there even though I haven't used it in 10 years) and put it on my Caddy. Back then I was the only one within a hundrend miles that had one. Within a year all my friends had one so unfortunatly it became lame really quick, but still! Eff em that's why!
