I need to remove my doors. Question about power windows/locks wiring

I need to remove both my doors for some rust repair. Do I unplug the wiring for power windows and doors from inside the door? Or do I unplug the wires under the dash and it pulls/comes out with the door?

unplug under the dash. Drill out the rivets on the rubber wire boot. Can the feed the wires out while pulling the door off. Can also go the other way, pulling the wires from the door if the door has to come apart anyway. Same thing, but unplug wires inside the door, drill the rivets out on the door side and pull wires out while taking the door off
