headers b/b c10

Where I live has put in speed bumps and I can't get my 86 out . I hit the headers on the speed bumps . I know there is a set of car headers that fits our trucks I just can't remember what headers it is ??? I have a big block in it and need to tuck them up in the frame more then the truck headers do

I have Chevelle headers on my bb in my v10. They stay above the frame.....above the trans cross member for that matter.

I've got headers that came with my BB Nova, fit great and tuck up in the frame. Probably the same as Chevelle headers.

They were in my 67. Chevelle,68-74 Nova and 1st gen Camaro is what they were listed to fit.
This is what they were in. My previous project. Sold and down the road drive line less. Dont mind the rims i did an s10 rear disc swap and thats what i had laying around that were 16s.

Wonder if they fit a C10 the same way???..

I did have to notch the frame a little on the driver side for the front tube. Other the that they fit. My engine sits pretty low in the frame. I usex car solid mounts and had to notch the cross member to clear the oil pan which is also a car pan. Not 100% sure what kind of interference you will get with upper control arms.

Yeah, his are in a C10 but Honky Kong's are in a V10 and are Hedman, was wondering if they would fit a a C10 too.

Mine are Hedman also, and yes, it's a C-10. Likely just the painted version of Honky's.

I had to make one tiny notch on an engine clamshell, I think it was the drivers side. Not sure why, they cleared the clamshells in my Nova. Maybe because I used the truck smallblock clamshells. But they fit great.

They came with my '78 Nova, but it looks like they are shaped to clear the earlier years, around the steering box. I don't think they make headers dedicated to the '75-'79 bodystyle?
