Did a whole bunch of body and frame work on my 86 C10 and finally got it fired up only to find the head lights are working.all other lights are working. Not getting power on either the red or yellow wires to the headlight switch. The high beam indicator on the dash stays on, trying to switch to low beams does nothing. Did I possibly burn up a fusible link when welding on the frame? My service manual is missing the wiring diagram and I can't find one for the life of me. There are 3 wires going to a junction block on the fire wall that showing 12 volts. Any suggestions?

Is this a 2 or 4 headlight system?

Sorry 2 headlight system. Grounds rusty at core so I clean up and moved to frame. Truck will run and all other lights work but headlights. Truck is bare bones power nothing, no a/c and dummy lights.

Thank you! Printed them up and put them in my service manual where the diagrams should have been. Trouble shooting today

Yea. Turns out there was something wrong with my old meter.brought my good meter home from work and there was power to the switch. The sockets and the headlights themselves were corroded.replaced the sockets, headlights and replaced the grounds. Good to go now. Corrosion can drive you mad.Again thanks for the help.
