On a 1991-1995 OE (GEN V?)4 Bolt Main 1pc Seal (No fuel pump Provision) 454 cu in engine block...

Will GEN IV 1972-1978 BB heads # 336781 bolt on with out any issues?

Nope.

They will bolt on, yes. BUT the coolant passages do not line up good enough to ensure a leak-free seal. Also, the combustion chambers are larger, so the compression ratio will drop even lower than it already is.
