front dome light

when i did all the painting and upholstery i came across my front dome light kept blowing the bulbs not the fuse, so i just cut and capped it (i was very lazy, shame on me) now i want my dome back, and how would i rewire my cigarette lighter? ( it blows the fuse everytime i put my cell charger in )

I would run a separate dedicated and fused feed wire to the cigarette lighter if you are going to use high current devices.
