From what I can find, the differential bearings and ring & pinion are the same for the front and rear 10 bolts. Am I correct or is there actually some little difference?

I ask because the place I bought my rear install kit from wants an extra $10 for a front axle kit that appears to be the same in the pictures, but I can't tell if the bearing part numbers are actually the same. I've also seen a lunchbox locker listed specifically for the front. Any difference there?

The front install kit might include the axle tube seals.

The locker is probably a different listing than the rear because there's no c-clips up front.

That makes sense. Thanks.

Must be brand specific. The part number for the lunchbox locker I have in the front (Richmond) is also the same # as for a 10b rear.
