Wanting to build a 4door, 4x4, dually with a Cummins (gonna get rid of the Burb, kinda useless for farm work lol). Anywho..... I found a good deal on a 3/4 ton 4wd rolling chassis but was curious as to whether or not the 1 ton, 2wd frame is that different from a 3/4 ton 4wd frame or not. Just need to know how much of a pain it will be to swap the 4 door cab & dually bed over to this new frame. The reasoning is that I’m going to put this thing together from the ground up. Since I do powder coat/Cerakote & sandblasting on the side I want this to also be a way to show off my work & preserve the trucks undercarriage further down the road. I’m willing to bet that either Bucket or HRPC have the answer to my dilemma. Even if they don’t they will pop in anyways lol. (The frame is linked below)

There isn't any difference in the mounts for the cab, fenders, and bed. 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and 1 ton all use the same mounting locations. Just make sure your 4x4 from is for a crew cab.

Cab mounts should be the same, but you may find differences in the suspension/spring mounting brackets, shock mounts, etc. The one ton frame is also thicker in several areas.

I can't view the link... is it a '75-'76 K20 frame? That's the only two years that GM made a crew cab 3/4 ton as a 4x4.
