In planning the final look for my C10m, e. i. keeping it simple and clean, thought about removing handle and using solenoids to open doors. Too expensive and if the battery fails you have to have a back up to enter, if you have the back up why use solenoids in the first place? In short I think I'd rather go with a flush pull handle and there must be one that is rectangular to go with the square body, any suggestions, have you seen this done?

Can't remember who it was, but someone tried it with the 2003 style handles. If I remember correctly, he had an issue with the handle interfering with the window mechanisms.

Yeah, the door is real thin where the stock handle is. Looking at moving it lower, maybe as low as the lock. I see Grimlin and some other AMC has a rectangular handle and so does a lot of spendy makes like Tesla and Lotus. Gotta go cruz the wreaking yards.

It was popular to do in the 90's, usually GMT 400 door handles were used. People swapped those into everything.
