Hello. I have a 1981 half ton 2wd. I would love to put 16" steel wheels on it to give it a better stance, but keep the factory dog dish look. I know I will need new dog dish wheel covers, but, did GM make a 16" steel wheel with the 5 lug pattern for a half ton? Or, will another wheel fit the bill? Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched, and came up empty handed. Thanks!

The factory made them and I even have a set, they came original on my old '79 2wd Blazer. The drawback is they are narrow, 5.5 inches wide or around there somewhere. And they are heavy, I guess the point was they were stronger like a 3/4 ton wheel.

They take the same poverty caps as any other 1/2 ton wheel. Or S10, Astro Van, or old rwd GM car.
