Im starting to think about the exhaust on my truck. It's currently the stock manifolds to a y pipe and single in/single out muffler run out the drivers side. I'm planning to go with full length headers run to a dual in/dual out 50 flowmaster and I haven't decided on exit location or just turn downs. What are you running and what made you decide on your particular setup? And of course, post pics if you've got em!

Im running duels off factory manifolds with Thrush mufflers. They sound alright, but the PO dumped them right on top of the rear end for some reason. I personally don't like them turned down. They stir up too much dust and I don't like the echo off the pavement.

I personally like the sound bouncing off the pavement way better than free air set up. I always go over the back axle and 45 the tips to the side and 45 them out the back , (sounds good , looks good). On my blazer it was a little harder because of the tank, ( had to change the angle's a bit).

I have the Thrush welded mufflers and then have them dumped right afterward. The exhaust is nice and simple- almost a straight shot back from the ram horn manifolds.

When off roading I do not have to worry about hitting it on anything. It can kick up some dust if it is really dusty out- but it isn't like I'm afraid of getting the truck dirty.

hirschdalechevy Do you have spacers on your wheels? Just noticed I can see damn near your whole rear brake drum on that!
