Driver kick panel trim options

So I have a non-AC cab with the two fresh air vents in the kick panels. I'm looking for a "silverado" kick panel trim that covers the entire kick panel and has the fixture for the fresh air valve controls. I currently have trim with the air valve controls but it isn't full height and I have a full height trim piece from an AC cab but it doesn't have air valve controls.

After some digging, I bought the panel I wanted from brother's truck a while back. While it is the correct piece, it is just garbage compared to the factory plastic.

So, does the trim piece on the right of this picture exist for the driver's side from the factory or is it something made exclusively by the aftermarket?

It exists used. The problem is just finding a Silverado that did not have AC.

The ones I had from a 73 and a 78 are like the top left one posted. They’re short. They sell carpet that you can glue under it. But I haven’t seen one that’s got the flapper and goes down to the floor like you want.
